I can't livetweet typhoon #KongRey #康芮 b/c school is cancelled and I've got a kid at home, but here are a few observations: 1) everything on the block in Da'an is closed, with the exception of convenience stores and boba shops. Why boba shops, I ask? The clerks shrug resentfully.
