#SimonStares. Our meal at #KuyaLord. Crunchy fried lechon kawali and roasted lechon. Perfect garlic rice with a touch of chili vinegar. Terrific longganisa with a slight spiciness and sweetness. And the Arroz Caldo, a Filpino style congee, was gingery, welcoming and warming. A terrific meal indeed.
