This I walked with Jesse to the Chelmsford Park Run, which is huge - it has more marshalls than the Morrissey Park Run at home has volunteers. Here's a shot of only some of the starting line.

Made it to Chelmsford. Have the bike back together and about half of the stuff loaded on it. There's a fancy grocery store so close that while the pizza was in the oven we ran over to get beverages we'd forgotten to buy. Carb loading/nutrient control FTW. #LEL2025 #LEL25
