They've been 1-2-3 for a decent amount of this race. Hoping for a twist. Something to turn it away from them.

We have 11 hours to go, and the front two Ferrari and Toyota have dueled for the entire last stint, never more than a couple seconds apart. Porsche and BMW are within one mistake of the front. Ferrari has largely fixed their awful track position from the restart. #LM24

Wow they fixed ONE safety car aspect from last year! There's no more mixing. Only merging. That means there are -small- gaps between cars in class, which I guess is better than nothing. Barely. #LM24

We're effectively halfway at Le Mans...
SC nonsense has ruined an awesome race and collected everyone up for what's essentially a fresh 12 hour race, just with worn cars and a smaller field.
By my count, on the lead lap...

I won't claim to know how they screwed this up so badly, but Ferrari went from 1-2-3 an hour ago to 3-8-9 after stops under the SC. Putting the Ferrari F1 pit wall to shame. #LM24

P1 Porsche P2 Toyota P3 Ferrari ...All have had essentially the same pace the entire race. I'd give Ferrari a small edge. 12 cars on the lead lap. #LM24

All that strategy burn up to this point? All those battles? Now meaningless. Everyone from the lead lap will restart as a cluster at the front of the field, and you're a maximum of 5 seconds behind the overall lead. Like it's freaking Daytona. Christ. #LM24

To those unaware, a couple years ago they ruined the SC procedure at Le Mans. Previously they had 3 SCs equally spread at restarts. They decided to combine them. Like it's Daytona. It nullifies ALL of the racing leading up to it. Why have they not changed this back!??!? #LM24
