Albertsons-anchored retail center trades hands in Las Vegas JLL organized the successful sale of grocery-anchored retail center, Vista Commons, located in the Summerlin area of Las Vegas, Nevada.

According to JLL Albertson‘s retail center in Summerlin has been sold for an undisclosed amount. The #LasVegasReviewJournal first dropped $24mn as a price, but changed it to $56mn later.
