Lawyers arguing to protect the names of the “nine clients” who were responsible for compelling the ABC to illegally sack Antoinette Lattouf.
They are shameless. Truly.

Anyone who witnessed the trial knows that Antoinette was discriminated against & treated unfairly. We know that, if somehow, the Australian Broadcasting Corporation (ABC) receives a favorable verdict, it will be on the back of a technical and narrow interpretation of the law. Nevertheless, as a taxpayer, as a woman, as someone familiar with workplace abuse and its devastating consequences, I hope Antoinette's sacrifice will not be for nothing. Worried about the “technically ABC did nothing wrong as they didn’t have to keep her on air for 5 days” defence sticking.
That would be a travesty of justice & mockery of every employee protection law. Not to mention a farce of a trial.
