I'm extracting clips from PDF scans of old newspapers for #genealogy reasons; here's a #LinuxTip for getting them:
pdfjam -o <output>.pdf --trim '<left>cm <bottom>cm <right>cm <top>cm' --clip true <input>.pdf <page#>
Unfortunately it's a matter of trial & error to find the right clip dimensions.
