Judy sang Zing! Went the Strings of My Heart again in the 1938 movie Listen, Darling. She then recorded a single of it in 1939 that wasn’t released til ‘43. She recorded this (live & in the studio) many times, but that single is my favorite!

When Judy was 13, her dad was hospitalized with spinal meningitis. That night, she sang this live on the radio, knowing he was listening. He died hours later. Incredible to hear this! 😭
