So it seems Saturday mornings at #Parkrun has become a habit. Lovely to see familiar faces amongst the #volunteers & runners. I wasn’t feeling it when I went to bed last night but awoke wanting a run…then I went & set another course PB 🥳🤷🏻♀️ #LovingRunning It was a lovely autumnal morning for it 🍂

Today I ran as an affiliated runner in a race for the first time since my youth. I loved the LABC 5k race, and am happy with my time. Great to be back running, getting stronger, and feeling that sense of achievement again 💪🏻🏃🏻♀️💪🏻 #LovingRunning #StrongerMileByMile #RacingForMyself #RunChat
