On a black BG a spike of tiny flowers, two of which are fully open; the petals and sepals are pure sparkly white with small reddish distal patches on a couple of them. L. discolor is mostly grown for its leaves, which are deeply coloured and sparkly, but it also has these charming blooms. As you see the column (the yellow bit in the middle) looks a bit askew - the entire flower is "non resupinate" ("not lying down") - most orchids have bilaterally symmetrical flowers with the labellum at the bottom and the column above it, but here the labellum is skewed and the flower is asymmetrical.
