#MaestraStringsofTruth works best as an OTT/makjang-tinged drama watched loosely. The culprit was fairly obvious, but the artistic choices made w/music and camera shots elevated the show. MLs romantic push-and-pull was the highlight.

Sure, #MaestraStringsofTruth has all those middle-aged plot tropes you'd expect w/this genre, but they're ratcheted up several notches w/dramatic orchestral pieces that punctuate the tension. Plus there's this obnoxious ex-boyfriend who swoops in to save the day that's so delish.
