Zu jedem Modus zeigt diese Reflexionsmatrix typische Reduktionsheuristiken bei fehlender Kontextkopplung in der Versorgung, passende Selbstcheck-Fragen und differenzierende Gegenperspektiven zur Sensibilisierung, wie Psychologisierung bei ME/CFS durch verkürzte Deutungen entsteht und wie mehrdimensionales, kontextsensibles Denken dagegen hilft. Anmerkung: Hier sind zur Verdeutlichung konkrete Fehlzuschreibungen eingebaut, die in Gesprächen reflektiert wurden – daraus wird kein allgemeingültiges Regelverhalten abgeleitet, sondern es ist ein verdichtetes demonstratives Beispiel. Natürlich findet hier durch die Beschreibung typischer Reduktionsheuristiken schon selbst eine begriffliche Verengung statt. Aber genau darum geht es eben auch: Die Bedingungen der eigenen Beobachtung mitzureflektieren. Wer die Matrix als Reflexionsinstrument nutzen möchte, kann mich gerne kontaktieren oder den nächsten Artikel abwarten, in dem ich die neutralere Variante vorstelle, die als Beobachtungsform zunächst offen lässt, was vorschnell geschieht. Ich möchte dazu explizit ermutigen – niemand ist in „Selbstkenntnis“ täuschungssicher.
