I'm loathe to suggest more changes to the planning system but government must ensure developers provide basic infrastructure before homes are occupied. The MHCLG has “rules”… but have you ever seen a rule not be broken?

I’m refusing to read the new #MHCLG planning reform discussion paper until tmrw. We went to South Norwood Country Park instead. Was nice. Did get stuck in gridlock on way back due to the Crystal Palace FA Cup celebration parade. In hindsight perhaps wasn’t the best day to visit!

Lots of people have commented on how inappropriate it is.
It's a tiny detail.
