Since #Grenfell only 1 of the 50 flats in my block has been sold.
We've gone through building safety remediation and have an EWS1, but no one is interested in buying a flat at the moment.

My experience of so called professional management companies is awful.
It's only under Right To Manage that we (the leaseholders) have had any control.
