Brought coloring books and stickers to the community center today for the listening post and they were a big hit. 🤗 They seemed to really help people open up and want to talk, even those who weren't interested before which was cool. Gonna do that from now on!! #mhps #ideas #unhousedneighbors

I'm going to a LookAhead Intellectual and Developmental #Disabilities conference this weekend! I'm really excited because this will be the 1st chance I've had to learn directly from an #mhps with #idd, & focused on that topic. They asked for my help with #advocacy & it feels nice to be asked!

My #CHW license finally got approved by the state after 3 long months of waiting and 140+ hours of training. I'm official in two departments! So now let's hope that the removal of #DEIA doesn't completely destroy all my areas of work. Gotta say DEIA was CORE for both my #MHPS and #CHW. 😅 1/2
