![[Due to not being able to record or screenshot the finding to at least ensure I was seeing things and that it was just a pair of Pantheons, one dropping a small health and the other a BM energy item that shared the same space, this drawing shows how that moment from last night felt like]
I was on Mega Man ZX's Hard Mode on a completed file, messing around as PX only on Area E.
When I got to the big ladder and was destroying the Pantheons on the platforms with just kunais, the pair that was guarding a big E-Crystal item left behind in their remains an item that looked... Weird.
Thanks to the Big E-Crystal still being there, I could confirm that it was a smaller item drop, but the item itself, while the core looked like the health drops, the borders weren't blue-heck, all of it was orange, and rather than it being a full pixel square or having a short width, it was notoriously wider.
I quickly picked it up, still a bit confused because to me the sprite looked too polished to be a visual glitch (what makes it hard to confirm that it was a glitch is that this game is so polished that there's not really any game breaking stuff in it whatsoever).
I recover a bit of health AND BM energy.

Of all the bizarre things that could occur to me while playing MMZX but couldn't record/screenshot it, an item drop that looked as if the small health drop was wider and fully orange but recovers me a bit of health and BM energy enters the top.
