The #MHBstl voted unanimously to enter closed session at approx 6:30 p.m., returning to open at 7:13 p.m., whereupon they happily adjourned after violating (IMO) #MOsunshine law.

The MHB is no better than the shenanigans of the airport privatization scam when it comes to violating the Sunshine law.

After citing #MOsunshine statutes, E & A voted to enter closed session at 1:34 p.m. The board returned to open at 3:15 p.m.

The reference to a “Trustee Portal” in the draft March meeting minutes points to a document archive that I suspect includes records that are open, as defined in the #MOsunshine statutes.
