Vielleicht sollte man tatsächlich nicht mehr vom U$-Präsident, U$-Regierung und dergleichen schreiben sondern vom U$-Regime, U$-Diktatur, derzeitige U$-Machthaber o.ä., eben so wie bei Nordkorea, Syrien, Afghanistan und ähnlichen Despotenstaaten.
