Mini Mario
Debut: Mario vs. Donkey Kong
Attack: Girder Throw
Type: Balanced
Speed: 5/10
Power: 5/10
Pass: 6/10
Spike: 6/10
Mario is a household name in the Mushroom Kingdom, so it was only a matter of time before he started selling out to become a brand. Now you can bring the joy and adventure of Mario to your own home with the new Mini Mario! Just wind up the little guy and watch him march onward! Donkey Kong fell in love with these so much that he stole them from the factory when they went out of stock. But I mean, can you blame him? Look how cute they are! In the Spikers League, the Mini Marios are ready for duty, wielding dual mallets they can use to swing at their foes! Girder Throw, its special move, has it toss a red, crushing girder forward. Funny, seems Mario, DK, and red girders have some sort of special relationship...
Mini Peach
Debut: Mario vs. Donkey Kong 2: March of the Minis
Attack: Rainbow Parasol
Type: Technique
Speed: 5/10
Power: 1/10
Pass: 8/10
Spike: 9/10
With how popular Mini Mario toys are, it was only a matter of time before the Mario Toy Company expanded their horizons to give him some mini friends. Mini Peach was one of the first ones added - now you have the beauty of the Mushroom Kingdom princess condensed in a tiny wind-up toy! She's very popular with little girls who strive to be as beautiful and confident as her- rumor has it Peach herself even has one! The Mini Peaches may look fragile and ill-fit for the Spikers League, but they've come equipped with a parasol accessory to help absorb the blows. It also lets them float for some very easy spikes! Rainbow Parasol has Mini Peach cast a rainbow wave around her that temporarily makes foes dizzy.
Mini Yoshi
Debut: Mini Mario & Friends: amiibo Challenge
Attack: Low Blow
Type: Defensive
Speed: 8/10
Power: 2/10
Pass: 10/10
Spike: 1/10
Yoshi is already an adorable dinosaur, and his action figure counterpart is even more precious! They may be tiny, but they're as gluttonous as the green dino himself, able to gobble up other toys in front of it with a special extendable tongue. Not a smart idea to keep him around your other figures, but Mini Yoshi is fun enough to play with on his own! In Spikers tournaments, they still have their programmed hunger, but now have a boxing glove on their tongue, so that whenever they extend it to eat someone, they punch them instead! Low Blow is their strongest attack, charging up a punch that travels far in front of them! The tongue is also useful for saving balls out of reach, covering more range than most.
Capture Kong
Debut: Mario vs. Donkey Kong 2: March of the Minis
Attack: Load 'N' Launch
Type: Balanced
Speed: 6/10
Power: 3/10
Pass: 5/10
Spike: 5/10
Donkey Kong was jealous that the Mario Toy Company never made a Mini version of him (at the time), so he made some of his own. The Capture Kong is one of them, which can grab and haul away Minis it comes across. They need to be freed by knocking it over with a hammer, but it'll eventually get back up. The Capture Kongs have been remodeled to be a lot larger, allowing them to catch and hold players who are taller than half a foot. Their unique attack, Load 'N' Launch, has them grab a nearby foe and place it in the barrel on its back, trapping them. They can be kept in the barrel, which removes them from play for a bit but makes Capture Kong slower, or be launched out of the barrel to smash into other players!
It's a Mini-Land Mayhem!
