AI still struggles with getting lip motions right and being able to produce video with enough facial expressiveness to seem natural.
The solution to deal with this - use b-roll or popups to cover the AI avatar's face where the expression gets off (example below).

Sometimes tweaking a detail of ad formatting/delivery can have a major impact.
Check out these linkedin ads that were almost exactly the same, using the same image. But one came from my business account, and one came from my personal.
CPC went from $3.01 to 49 cents!

One of my hills to die on is that more indie SaaS companies should do paid ads.
Today so far we've collected 132 leads from paid ads.
It's just really hard to get to that volume from organic channels without working them for years and years.

Notice the ratio of lead to free plan. We get WAY more people signing up for lead magnets than free trials.
Yet most SaaS' use a free trial as their only way to collect emails.

Did some research on how videos relate to ASO:
1. Videos in the App Store generally work better for games than for apps.
2. Videos can actually lower the install rate for an app. This needs to be tested thoroughly for each specific app.
