There is a quote from Surah 78, Verse 8 of the Quran stating that Allah created us in pairs. Standing underneath the quote are Muhammad and 10 of his wives. Including his child bride Aisha.

Almost every Muslim wedding card has this quote from the Quran. Stating We/Allah created you in pairs.

The quote usually doesn't make it to the man's 2nd, 3rd or 4th wedding card.
