Willkommen zum #MealprepMonday! 🍱✨ Jede Woche werden hier für meinen Mann und mich Lunchboxen für die nächsten zwei bis drei Tage zubereitet. Wenn ich die Zeit finde, dann koche ich auch für unsere kleine Familie vor. Alles wird im Kühlschrank gelagert, vieles lässt sich auch einfrieren. Viel Spaß!

This #MealPrepMonday I made a roasted vegetable salad, roasted root vegetable stew, and a cottage pie. Don't need to cook for most of the week probably. I don't do meal prep that often - it's challenging for me, that much work - but I had a bunch of veg that need using. I'm exhausted 🤣
Meal Prep Monday:
• Veggie stock (I started keeping scraps in the freezer and will be using the instant pot. I’m a big soup guy).
• Roasted peppers (I got some fancy olive oil).
• Beans and greens (cannellini and kale babyyy).
• Lemony garlicky pasta (maybe linguini?).
