Chibi Mermku and Chibi Mermtsuki fast asleep, holding hands so they don't drift apart on the currents. Their caudal fins are also entwined, and the bubbles surrounding them form the shape of a heart ♥

Did you know that Merms hold hands while they sleep so they don't drift apart?
Well, they don't.
Unless they're Mermku and Mermtsuki! 🥰

Chibi Mermku is sitting on the jagged searocks above the Ocean. Chibi Mermtsuki has climbed up to him and is chewing on Mermku's cheek, in retaliation for something. Mermku is cutely stressed and flushed and whining, whereas Mermtsuki is angry like a demon. We can see the sea, the sky and huge fluffy clouds in the distance behind them, coloured in soft pastels.

Hands too busy gripping the rocks so he doesn't tumble down the cliff, Mermtsuki had to make do with using his mouth instead to teach Deku a lesson lol

A sketched manga page, split vertically into two frames. In the first panel, Mermku is peering over some jagged sea rocks, flushed, distraught and with tears overflowing his wide, desperate eyes. He's probably dragged himself up there to catch a glimpse of the ocean below. He's crying: "Kacchan! KACCHAN! ...Please give me my Kacchan back to me!". In the second panel, we see Mermtsuki as Mermku might be seeing him: looking up at him from the water, half hidden by jagged rocks. He looks shocked by Mermku's distress, and completely flushed. We can see his chest and he's missing one of his necklaces - the one he gave Human Deku in the previous post. He's murmuring a soft "...Izuku..." in clear shock.

I've got 2 possible explanation for this one.👀
Either some villain managed to snatch Mermtsuki; or he kept visiting the surface and Mermku (having eavesdropped something) convinced himself that he was about to leave for good with his new human friend

Chibi Deku all blushing and excited, thinking about when Chibi Mermtsuki gave him his own necklace as a parting gift, slipping it around Deku's finger like a ring. Chibi Deku is clearly gushing over him. In the background, Chibi Kacchan looks THIS CLOSE to explode this mysterious person who DARED GIVE IZUKU A RING. (they're not dating)

A really close up of Deku's profile. He's holding Chibi Mermtsuki carefully in one huge, gloved hand and looking at him in shock, blushing. For his part, Mermtsuki is stretching up as far as he can go, and placing a gentle, careful kiss on Deku's softly parted lips.

Chibi Mermtsuki is telling Chibi Mermku how his foray to the surface went. He's blushing visibly and thinking about Human Deku, as we can guess by the big image of him floating behind his head. The image in question is actually a crop up of a nice official art of Deku smiling and reaching out his hand. Mermtsuki is in a defensive pose: his arms are crossed and he's looking away, so disgruntled that it's adorable. There are bubbles around him, since they're underwater, but if you look closely some of them have the shape of little hearts, to further emphasise how besotted he is. On the other hand, Chibi Mermku is literally green with jealousy. There's a green aura around him, and green sparks dance around him, almost as if he's been able to summon OFA. Only one eye is visible, and it's huge and aglow with emotion. He looks ready to throw down the gauntlet and challenge the human who DARED pique the interest and affections of HIS Mermtsuki.

💥: So. You...MIGHT.. have been right about.. SOME...humans... being... not that horrible.
🥦: *interrupting him* Oh, that's so nic-
💥: Actually, I met someone.
🥦: ‼️
💥: And I promised I'll go meet him again.
🥦: ‼️‼️‼️Oh, you did. *through gritted teeth* 😠💢🗯️

I think tomorrow I'll post the rough sketch that was supposed to be the last part of the Lil' #Mermku series, but then there's a few more doodles, one (...two??) of which I REALLY want to colour. This lil' #bkdk series was so fun! And I finally participated in MerMay for once!

Chibi Mermaid Katsuki is laying curled inside Deku's mask (he's very, very small), glaring and blushing up at someone outside of the camera view. He's got an orange and black shiny tail, with green-black scales on his forearms (as a call back to his gauntlets). It's hard to see but he's got a red earring his his right earlobe. It's impossible to see his left ear so we don't know if he's wearing two.

Lil'Mermtsuki *DID* go to the surface.
No, he did *NOT* get to meet Dynamight.
BUT, SOMEONE ELSE found him.
