I had my endoscopy this morning.
It showed that the ulcer has healed, but there's a patch of Barrett's Oesophagus, so a couple of biopsies have been sent to the histology lab to see if they're important or interesting.
The hiatus hernia hasn't changed.
So that's pretty good news.

Es ist eigentlich dezidiert beschrieben, was dann passiert, wenn Fehlbestände auftauchen. So ein Fall wie in #Würselen (ok, da geht es um #Midazolam), wäre bei uns ziemlich sicher auffällig geworden, da wir von der Apotheke sog. Quartalsanslysen erhalten. Die gehen nie ungelesen über‘n Tisch.

• Voie IV : titration avec 5 mg dilués, administrés minute par minute, 1 mg à la fois
• Voie SC : bolus de 3 mg sans dilution
• Dose d'entretien : dose de titration x 12 (durée d'action de 2h)
