I would like to thank our followers who donated to my #charity #MightyHike around the #GowerPeninsula in aid of #macmillancancer. It was brutal in places & after wanting to just get under 10hrs i did it in 8h54, & out of 1214 finishers, i came 59th & raised £1242.44! #Thankyou

Well that was a tad brutal! But the #MightyHike around the #GowerPeninsula in aid of #macmillancancer is done! Rain finally stopped at 21 miles, and some of those hills/cliffs were something else, but seriously happy with 8h55 with 40 mins worth of stops! #Hiking #Walking

Well that hurt! Needed to see i could do it so a 29.77 mile training #Marathon hike (3.5m over marathon distance) with some serious hills in just under 9 hours, on the #SouthDowns with a few of stops, in prep for #MacmillanCancer marathon #MightyHike around the ##GowerPeninsula in 12 wks! #WellHappy
