On Labor Day, 2023, my kids helped me cross off a bucket list wish, & walk across this bridge. Exhilarating! 10 miles roundtrip.
The photo is a close up of one of two towers that make up the Mackinac Bridge, while the other tower can be seen in the distance. Sunspots from the (unseen) sun overhead appears at the top right, adjacent to cut outs, from which the sun streams, on the gray steel. Blue sky and cumulus clouds surround the towers, as well as light poles, main suspension cables, and hangers. Multiple vehicles moving toward and away can be seen on the gray deck/road.
