A beautiful light orange mushroom grows out of the end of a decaying log. This mushroom, a species of Pholiota, is known for its unique color and also its scaly or flaky flesh. The stipe and cap are both covered in these scales / flakes.
Pholiota mushrooms are awesome. Great colors and cool scaly texture. I think this might be Pholiota flammans

Growing out of a pile of fir needles, a skinny yellow mushroom catches soft sunlight. Its stipe, which stands about two inches tall, is smooth and uniformly yellow. It's very slightly transparent. The cap, small and cone-shaped, is white on the margins, which appear serrated, and then fades quickly to yellow towards the top.
The stipes of these yellow-legged bonnets, Mycena epipterygia, look like they'd taste like lemon drops
