Playlist cover art: “Dynamo” Background is fluid art made in Procreate (see also next image), of purples, blues, mint-greens, magentas, oranges and off-blacks. Looks a bit like resin with its marbling and blobs and dots. Overlay set to multiply of an image of some dynamo or turbine thing with a cog-like thing holding it together. Cog was recreated as a vector outline to emphasis the shape along with circle outlines for the holes inside. Glowing icons from asset library were added and place on the outer ring outline as well as a bigger icon centre of the cog.

Fluid art made in Procreate (see also next image), of purples, blues, mint-greens, magentas, oranges and off-blacks. Looks a bit like resin with its marbling and blobs and dots.

I had very little energy today and just by 12:30 could get some work done for IBC. Once I got that done, I used up the rest of my reserves to finally turn the liquid art into below playlist cover. 👉🏼ALT

Today was a rather creative day. I’m happy!

A Procreate Pocket (iPhone) concept doodle drawn with my index finger. Two stick figures with oversized hands reaching out for each other while running away from the dark abyss/ “black hole van Doom”. Inspiration was the song Run (as written below), by Duncan Batey. A song that hit hard with me and prompting me to paint my trauma and hopefully heal. I may interpret the song differently to what was intended (apologies if I got this totally wrong), but this is what it stirred up in me.

A hopefully more refined version of previous image; Procreate painting in one-point-perspective. A running figure chased by a darkness that is trying to hold them back and maintain control over their body, mind and soul. The figure is running towards the light trying to escape; reaching out for the hand/ person that tried to rescue them. From that other hand’s fingers emerge glowing tentacles of light.
