You've probably seen his name on countless records by Vince Guaraldi, Cal Tjader and he even played with Bird and Chet Baker among others. But I'd never seen an album featuring guitarist Eddie Duran as a leader, until finding this 1957 gem at Mill Valley Music. Nothing ground shaking here, but if you like straight up electric guitar centered jazz of the Barney Kessel school, this is a good one (and not expensive).
