Rotting wood with yellow slime mold plasmodium (Fuligo septica) and some small fungus fruiting bodies in the form of thin stalks with blobs at the ends.
There is an unidentified fungus chilling in the slime mold box (little sticks with blobs on them).
I should probably remove it but tbh I kind of like how it looks.

This is a photo of a super small slime mold fruit body. Standing on a thin black stalk, a brown and fuzzy cylinder measuring just about 1 millimeter tall grows out of decaying brown wood. Two tiny water droplets stick to the black stalk and one clings to the upper right side of the brown cylinder.
