Yoga is a fine thing with some real benefits, but it won't prevent or cure a chronic post-viral disease like #longCOVID or #ME/CFS. I've done yoga for 40 years and have had ME for the last 25.
Viruses don't care how many asanas we do a day. Yoga and meditation won't replace #vaccines or #N95masks.

It's not that we should have no immigrants, we should have a sustainable amount of immigrants. Not everyone was grateful to have overflowing hospitals not only due to #FreedomToInfect PHO's refusing mandatory #N95Masks but too many people added to MSP. Or overcrowded schools & rental crisis
