This time saw the #ajitama get made. It's actually pretty simple. 50/50 mix of soy sauce and aji-mirin, pop in shelled soft-boiled eggs for >24 hours. Also included: #narutomaki, #daikon, #cabbage, #carrot, #chives, and #furikake.

Made some naturomaki pins and keychains. I was making dinner and had the perfect chance to get pics with the real thing 🍥
