Went to a workshop this afternoon #NationalMuseumScotland by artist Cora-allan from the island of Niue in the South Pacific about hiapo (barkcloth) - loved learning about the process, how it’s used and the culture of Niue. Two of her pieces will be in the museum soon and excited to see them.

Picture inside the museum looking up, it is an architectural beauty of stairs, two layers of balcony with pillars and a glass ceiling, everything is a palette of cream. The feeling is soothing and calm.
