Life expectancy in the U.S. was already tanking. People with #Disabilities and #neurodivegent humans have shorter lives especially in the U.S. One measurement used to determine insurance rates & philanthropy $—life as disabled v non disabled individual. It’s call Disability Adjusted Life Year, DALY.

Interesting findings reported here. The headline is misleading though. Being “busy” doesn’t always reduce ADHD challenges, in fact, it can make them worse. It depends on situational variability, including whether the right supports are in place and needs are met.
