But seriously, this is life changing for me. I've spent my whole life unable to burp, and most of my life unable to throw up. Since my last surgery, I've only had one IBS flareup. My gut doesn't ache on a regular basis. I look not absolutely bloated at the end of the day. I love it.

Its been a full week! Last night I believe the botox really started doing it's thing. I had tons of tiny microburps while eating. Such a weird feeling.

Even more weird was waking up at 3am, burped, and tasted the last thing I ate last night. This is what I've been missing out on?

So I'm hoping this means some progress. The past few days the pressure of trapped air in my throat has been so awful, but laying down seems to cause a couple bubbles to pop out. Today, if I yawn hard enough, a tiny burp happens. Or if I stretch my arms over my head and twist my torso!

Sometimes there is a bit of reflux, but it isn't too bad. Both of these should be gone in about a week or so.

I'll keep updating this thread with new fun experiences, in the hopes it might help someone else out here.
