Can someone PLEASE stop the helicopters circling #Portland? It is so unnerving! I feel bad for veterans who are having PTSD thinking our city is being attacked. It’s outrageous. We are a small city. I lived in DC for over a decade and we’d get them occasionally but this is next level. #NoTroopsInPDX
