David is a highly qualified Outdoor Instructor, Expedition Leader, and Fellow of the Royal Geographical Society, with decades of experience in adventure education, youth development, and global expeditions. David has also had a very successful career as a Freelance Outdoor Instructor, operating widely throughout the UK and overseas with one of David’s numerous high points being to successfully oversee 16 expedition teams reaching the summit of Africa’s highest peak, Mount Kilimanjaro.
