Do you have the OCD varietal where you have to visualize/plan step by step how you’re going to handle raw meat when you’re cooking? #ocdsky

Texting with my therapist earlier about the intrusive thoughts and how I'm hyper aware of them and am analysing them through internal dialogue. She asked what I've noticed, and my response was "that the intrusive thoughts are back,lol" 😂😂😂.
Anyway I've got therapy scheduled for next week #OCDSky
