The bridge of an undersea spaceship. Everyone is a kind of mermaid. Buttons and Fang are at the helm; Fang has a yellow shirt and a shark tail, and Buttons is wearing a blue shirt and has a freckly seal-shaped tail, but the tail is the same color as his skin.
