TC transformed the locale (what was the name of this obstreperous place again? Earth?) into something easier to appraise. He grunted with satisfaction at his handiwork; it well-suited his dark humours. He began a floor-by-floor inspection of the building. Perversions and deep rot and squalor lurked in every corner.
