There it is!! I knew I’d read something! I’ve been doing a lot of reading today. And I do have #OldGirlBrain, so sometimes I’m not quite sure if I know what I know and I did what I did or whatever. 🤪

Oh no. So not only do I have #OldGirlBrain and #MedicationsRobMeOfSleepBrain in addition to my usual #Insomnia, all of that is going to give me a #DirtyBrain destined for dementia? Hopefully it doesn’t set in before I can enact my #60AndGoodnight plan in all its glory and fun.
