In 2018 I drew around 200 of these guys. I realized without human features no one can read their expressions, so the new designs are less bizarre. Even though #olozuland takes place on an alien planet it’s metaphorical like The Dark Crystal.

#Olozuland started as a video game idea but I don’t code. Then it was a graphic novel idea. But that is equivalent to drawing a feature film frame by frame until one is dead; so I decided illustrated novel will be the best format to get my story across.
