They are recreating a scene from the film "The Princess Bride."

There are quite a few X-Men film universe timelines out there... but I've yet to see one that calls out Deadpool meeting Fred Savage.

Saw #OnceUponADeadpool with the little boys. Great fun! Fred Savage was awesome. Be sure to stay to the VERY VERY end. There’s like FOUR post credit scenes AND a Stan Lee tribute. We were the last people left.
