Time to flatten another board. Tonight it's a nice piece of walnut. I use the xbox controller to run the Ripper flattening bit over the wood until I have hit all of the surface. Then I flip it over and do the same to the other side and get it to the thickness I want.

Using a 1/16” diameter ball nose end mill to run the finishing pass on this Millennium Falcon tray. I generated the tool paths in Vectric CNC software. The Redline spindle was running at 200 ipm. I will cut the tray loose and do a sanding.

I recently added the Redline CNC spindle to my Onefinity CNC and the Swinger Dust Boot by Rowdy Roman and it is working great. This dust boot fits on the 80mm spindle and locks in place quickly with a cam.
