#Lumin can be stealthy if he wants to be, his dexterity is rather high.
#Vril'eth has high dexterity but he is usually accompanied by someone in plate armour, and that cancels everything out. More often than not he has #Ophivys at his side, too, so stealth is a no no

He was part of the Githyanki that attacked the Nautiloid, but his dragon, #Ophivys, got hurt, and they fell. He got captured and tadpoled, while she crash landed somewhere else. He thinks her dead, but unbeknowingst to him she is looking for him.
