To characterize ovarian aging rates, we also devised a non-invasive blood-based #ovarian aging clock 🕐, based on a #RandomForest algorithm, which we call #OvAge. OvAge is derived from serum #AMH, #FSH and #INHBA, and is easily calculated using a shiny app:
