I never feel like the ZZ or Snake plants should be on the "beginners" list. Almost every beginner overwaters, and these plants hate that. I still struggle not to #overwater them!

She's very pretty. Be careful not to keep your #growlight too close to her, so as not to cause sunburn or scorched spots. You can always move it closer as time goes on. Also, DON"T #overwater. She can survive being underwatered far better than being overwatered.

She'll come around. Just remember, don't #overwater her. If she feels pretty heavy, you may need to repot. Soggy soil will suffocate the roots and lead to #rootrot.

I've always had a problem with #overwater, but using a moisture meter has really made a big difference for me.

"Dramatic" is right, lol. People say how easy they are to care for, and they are, until you #overwater just once 😉.
