सिरमौर: ग्राम प्रधान को पद से हटाया, 4.70 लाख रुपये की धनराशि दुरुपयोग की पाई गई दोषी; अब नहीं लड़ पाएंगी चुनाव Sirmour News: सिरमौर जिला उपायुक्त प्रियंका वर्मा ने ग्राम पंचायत मिल्लाह की प्रधान देबो देवी को पद से हटा दिया है। उन पर कर्तव्यों के निर्वहन में अवचार और 4,70,471 रुपये के दुरुपयोग का आरोप सिद्ध हुआ है। उपायुक्त ने छह वर्ष की अवधि के लिए पंचायत पदाधिकारी के रूप में चुनाव लड़ने से अयोग्य घोषित करने के आदेश जारी किए हैं। आदेश के अनुसार देबो देवी को तुरंत दुरुपयोग की गई धनराशि पंचायत निधि खाते में जमा करानी होगी। साथ ही उनके पास मौजूद ग्राम पंचायत की कोई भी नकद राशि, अभिलेख या स्टोर सामान सचिव को सौंपना होगा। यह सभी सामग्री प्रधान पद की मोहर के साथ हस्तांतरित की जाएगी।

सोलन: पति के दखल के आरोप में पंचायत प्रधान सोनू देवी को निलंबित, जानें पूरा मामला Solan News: हिमाचल प्रदेश के सोलन जिले की भटोलीकलां पंचायत की प्रधान सोनू देवी को उनके पद से तत्काल प्रभाव से निलंबित कर दिया गया है। उपायुक्त सोलन ने यह कार्रवाई पंचायती राज अधिनियम की धारा 145 (1)(ग) के तहत की है। यह निर्णय एक प्रारंभिक जांच रिपोर्ट में पंचायत कार्यों में उनके पति की दखलअंदाजी के आरोपों की पुष्टि के बाद लिया गया है। शिकायत और जांच की प्रक्रिया मामला झाड़माजरी कुंजाहल निवासी राजन शर्मा की एक शिकायत से शुरू हुआ। शिकायत में आरोप लगाया गया था कि प्रधान सोनू देवी के पति पंचायत के कार्यों और बैठकों में अनुचित रूप से हस्तक्षेप कर रहे हैं। इस शिकायत पर कार्रवाई करते हुए खंड विकास अधिकारी पट्टा द्वारा एक प्रारंभिक जांच करवाई गई।
