Hab mal testweise das Gynokadin weggelassen, um zu testen, ob es einen Einfluss auf die zweiwöchige Dauerblutung hat. Die hat aufgehört, dafür habe ich Schlafstörungen, Juckreiz und Erschöpfung aus der Hölle gewonnen.

Ne, aber zum Teil halt schon. Würde nicht diäten, eher Zucker und ungesättigte Fettsäuren reduzieren und viel bewegen. Hab auch etwas zugenommen, aber super Blutdruck und ach, was soll's, muss nicht dünn sein. #Perimenopause ist schon stressig genug.
