Ooo-err. #PSE7
Why and how you can become an estimator: here are slides and resources I gave for the #PSE7 conference at the University of Bern last week: osf.io/muy6u/wiki/W...
It was a delightful conference, full of great talks and conversation.
Now, back to reality in Amerika. :-(
Last week, I attended #PSE7 in Bern! Together with @epizyklen.bsky.social, we led a session on #errorculture in science and it's implication on #opendata sharing

#PSE7 was worth the long trek. I reconnected with old acquaintances, met new ones, and collected insights for building but the digital infrastructure of informal error detection on social media.
Now for some R & R. ⛰️
Wrapping up a successful #PSE7 here in Bern!
A personal highlight was getting a pic of the largest in-person gathering to-date of the 100% CI extended universe.

#PSE7 was a blast. Thanks for having me. A shout-out to @malte.the100.ci and his team for the perfect organization.
Sounds familiar @jutfelt.bsky.social ?!
Observations on different actors in the research ecosystem by @stephaniemlee.bsky.social in her talk on research misconduct at #PSE7.
Neat tools to support error prevention/detection/correction presented by @ianhussey.bsky.social at #PSE7.
An excellent and very Swiss start to #PSE7
Funding by NWO (Netherlands) for replication studies started back in 2016. Stoked to hear about the outcomes today at #PSE7. Something funders elsewhere should consider!
The first Swiss edition of Perspectives on Scientific Error kicking off very Swissly indeed #PSE7
This ought to have been the first slide of many conferences that I've attended, but at least here it's what we all actually came for. #PSE7
